Regan Penaluna is a senior editor at Guernica, a magazine of global arts and politics, and a former editor at Nautilus, a science magazine with a literary voice. A feature she wrote for Nautilus was listed in The Atlantic Monthly as one of “100 Exceptional Works of Journalism” for 2015. She has a PhD in philosophy and an MS in journalism, and her hybrid memoir about women philosophers is forthcoming with Grove Atlantic. She hails from Iowa and lives in Brooklyn.
